Deceptive marketing practices. The actual service they provided me a couple years ago was fine, but they've started sending very real-looking "appointment reminders" for my car (which I've since sold) and a specific appointment time which I didn't make, apparently trying to gaslight me into bringing in the car for a maintenance appointment I'd forgotten I'd made. I called on the phone to see if this was a technical glitch and they confirmed this is just something their "marketing department" sends to previous customers. Talk about lacking respect for their customers!

Jeff gave me a ride to and from home while they worked on my vehicle. They gave me a detailed report on my vehicle along with photos and videos to backup what their technician was seeing and why they made certain recommendations. Christy at the front desk was also very good to deal with. I will definitely be going back there for future work needs.

Rainier Automotive has been taking care of my company sales trucks since I moved into the Maple Valley area in 2012. From replacing a 5.7 Hemi motor in my 2014 Dodge Ram to fixing the washer fluid lines on the 2022 Ram and probably 20 other things in between Jim, John & Jeff have been top notch, 1st class in service, knowledge all of the way. If you live near Maple Valley/Covington area do not take your vehicle anywhere until you have talked to the crew at Rainier Automotive!
