I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I received at Rainier Automotive. My vehicle is running like the day I took it off the lot! They repaired issues that another shop "fixed". I never felt I was being taken advantage of, they were transparent with the steps they were taking to get my van running like new. From Josh at the service counter, to the technician that brought me my keys, I truly believe that they wanted nothing more than to see me get back on the road safely and with a smile on my face.
