i was charged over $200 just to diagnosis the problem. Then another $650 for the part(200) and $450 to do the work. When i googled the how to part install the new part the the direction showed how to change out the starter in 25 min. So i wasnt pleased with what i was charged $850. They did however reduce the total to $775 so i was pleased by that.

I don’t know what I would have done without Rainier. I was visiting from Alaska and got a flat in my rental car. I pulled into their parking lot and waited for them to open. They were so kind and helpful. They worked me in, talked to the rental company, found a new tire and got me back on the road the next day. Thank you!

They were able to provide a detailed diagnostic of my car's issues. They provide several estimates on what needed to get repaired and the severity of each issue. The completed the work on schedule. They did a good job. My breaking now is smooth as silk. They were very friendly and very professional.
Another shop had my car 2 days, then shrugged at me and told me to take it to an electrician. Rainier fixed it promptly, were very friendly, and it cost less than I was braced for.
Well this one is a tough one. My brother was in a motorcycle accident and I took him there to get his personal stuff. Middle of the day like 2:30. No one in the office, no one anywhere. We were just going to leave when we see a note on the front door to call for service. So we did. Had to go thru a verification process, then wait for it to get approves, then they would let us in thru a remote electronic gate. All in all not to terribly inconvenient. But what happened to customer service and actually seeing and talking to a person? In reality we did what we came to do. So it's all good. In reply to response; You have my sincere apology on the mix up from my review. I did make a mistake on the company I was reviewing. My review was for Pro Tow. I hope you will accept my apology.
Hi Connie, Understand your frustration but this is Rainier Automotives website. The company that you are referring to is Pro-Tow. We have absolutley nothing to do with Pro-tow. You should direct your frustration to the proper company you are not satisified with
