We are hiring Technicians and Service Advisors.
Well this one is a tough one. My brother was in a motorcycle accident and I took him there to get his personal stuff. Middle of the day like 2:30. No one in the office, no one anywhere. We were just going to leave when we see a note on the front door to call for service. So we did. Had to go thru a verification process, then wait for it to get approves, then they would let us in thru a remote electronic gate. All in all not to terribly inconvenient. But what happened to customer service and actually seeing and talking to a person? In reality we did what we came to do. So it's all good
Hi Connie, Understand your frustration but this is Rainier Automotives website. The company that you are referring to is Pro-Tow. We have absolutley nothing to do with Pro-tow. You should direct your frustration to the proper company you are not satisified with

If you have your own part for your vehicle because parts are hard to find- do not go here because they supply their own parts. which I’m sure is great for people that don’t have to worry about not being able to find parts for their vehicles.
Hi Shan. Jim here at Rainier Automotive. Im niot sure what this is all about or what pasrt you are referring to. What are policy is here is yes as a rule of thumb we supply our on parts as we are also backing this up with a two year parts and labor warranty. Now there has been instances with olderr vehicles or one off circumstances that a customer supplied part would be used. So im not sure if it wasnt eplained clearly or what the situation is but I truley believe a 1 star is totally unfair. If you would like to have further discussion you can reach me at 425-310-1100.
From day 1, when I purchased my 2002 Toyota Solara, Rainier Automotive has kept my car running just like new. All regular maintenance, plus a few small irregularities. The team there is professional, honest to the core, friendly, just great service. I feel grateful knowing that all my vehicles (Chev S10, Honda Element, Mustang) have gotten AND get the best automotive service available. My thanks to everyone on the Rainier Automotive team!
As always, I am so grateful to Rainier Automotive. They continue to take good care of my Nissan truck at a reasonable price. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust to keep my main transportation reliable. Everyone at the shop is so helpful and I appreciate them.

My car died on us for the first time this past weekend and since we haven't had any issues with it in the past, we didn't have a go-to shop for anything more than oil changes. We drive past Rainier Automotive on a regular basis, so we asked the tow truck driver to tow it there. I heard back from Jim on Monday and the news wasn't good, we needed a new engine! Jim was honest and provided me with some information to be able to make decisions on our next steps. I wanted to express my gratitude for the level of service we received to Jim and to Becky for being so kind when I called in not really knowing what I needed. It's nice to know that we have someplace close by to take our vehicles, should we need help either on the regular or in an impromptu situation. Thank you!
