Hard to find a mechanic like that these days . .his technicians actually know what they are doing . Very friendly and amazing service . We have taken our vehicles to Ranier Automotive for several years now. We are always happy with the thorough job they do. We especially appreciate the detailed emails about what work our car needs done and how critical it is (red-urgent, yellow- soon, green- non-urgent) . This allows us to have an idea what repairs will cost and plan ahead. They are great about getting us in - and back out - quickly unless there is a parts delay. Great communication - will definitely use them for future needs.

I’m a little Mexican lady that people frequently try to take advantage of. But these guys are great. They’re honest and reliable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They diagnosed my check engine light and fixed my starting problem for $180 and the first shop I went to quoted me over $2,000 trying to do a bunch of work that the car didn’t even need. Thanks Jim and John!

Once again Jim and the team at rainier automotive have gone above and beyond. I had a 4 wheel drive issue on my ram with a 5.9 cummins and they diagnosed it quickly as well as found a few things another shop had done wrong. Come to find out I was charged by the other shop for work they didn't even perform and parts they charged me for but didn't install. Jim and John wrote up verbiage and documented it with pictures as well as fixing the original issues And the other shops mistakes for much less than I was quoted else where. I was able to get refunded and file a complaint at the other shop with their help. I would have never known had rainier and their team pointed it out. Now I have a new "home" for my truck and it drives better than it did when I drove it off the lot. I'll never go to another shop again. Highly recommend these guys. Look no further. Thanks Jim!

Rainier was able to fit me in during the cold snap (when my prior mechanic didn’t return my calls) to fix my heater/defrost so i could clear me windows and drive family to the airport safely. They didn't take advantage of me and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue quickly. Grateful for their prompt ethical service. I’ll be back when necessary and trust them to do whats right.
